Once an 18th century castle, built by the knights of St John, the imposing Selmun Palace is now extended to a 4 star hotel.
Selmun Palace is situated on one of the highest points of Malta and has fantastic views of the Mediterranean Sea, St Paul's Bay and the islands of Gozo and Comino. It is only a short distance above the village of Mellieha.
This village sits on top of a hill and is one of the most picturesque in Malta. This means that it has become popular with visitors. Mellieha Beach is the longest in Malta and a firm favourite with holiday-makers.
